WHATSAPP YOUR CV [ ] (JUST CV NO OTHER MESSAGES)nnWe’re Hiring: Finance ManagernLocation: Muscat, OmannnWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our financial operations across multiple business divisions. nnKey Responsibilities:n•tOversee end-to-end financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingn•tPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsn•tMonitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organizationn•tEnsure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements (including VAT and other applicable regulations)n•tLead budgeting and cost control initiatives to improve profitabilityn•tManage audits (internal & external) and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodiesn•tDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsn•tProvide strategic financial insights to support business decision-makingn•tSupervise and mentor the finance and accounting teamn•tOversee payroll processing, vendor payments, and receivables managementn•tEvaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategiesn•tCoordinate with different departments to align financial goals with business objectivesnnRequirements:n•tBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA ACCA CPA preferred)n•t5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-division or retailindustrial environmentsn•tStrong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliancen•tExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsn•tExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsnnApply now or share with someone who fits this role!
