A leading Real Estate Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain seeks to employ Admin Officer for its Administration Department. nnJob Description:nn• Provide administrative and clerical support to management and departmentsn• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and phone callsn• Maintain office files, records, and documentation in an organized mannern• Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents as requiredn• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activitiesn• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when requiredn• Assist in HR and recruitment-related administrative tasksn• Handle employee records and maintain confidentiality of company informationn• Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operationsn• Ensure proper maintenance of office systems and proceduresnnExperience :nn• Minimum 24 years experience in Administration or Office Managementn• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and office proceduresn• Good communication and interpersonal skillsn• Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesn• Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesn• Knowledge of documentation and filing systemsn• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Property Management industry preferrednnINTERESTED CANDIDATES WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS CAN ONLY APPLY. nLOCAL CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED. nnPLS SHARE THE CV to
