كمستشار، يتمثل دورك الأساسي في تقديم خدمات قانونية شاملة للشركات والتجارية، والعمل بشكل مباشر مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والتنسيق مع فرق قانونية متخصصة في مجالات مثل الضرائب، والملكية الفكرية (IP)، وعمليات الدمج والاستحواذ (M&A)، وحل النزاعات سيتطلب الدور التعاون مع مستشار قانوني خارجي حسب الحاجة
