In this role، you will oversee day-to-day operations for our short-term rental portfolio، ensuring seamless guest experiences and top-tier property standards.

Key

Guest Communication: Manage inquiries، bookings، check-ins، and guest support in a prompt، professional manner

Operations & Turnovers: Coordinate cleaning crews، maintenance team schedules، and property inspections between guest stays

Listing Management: Assist with managing calendar availability، pricing updates، and listing details across platforms (e.g.، Airbnb، Booking.com)

Quality Assurance: Conduct periodic physical visits to properties to verify cleanliness، maintenance، and inventory levels.

Location & Work Style: Hybrid availability (remote administrative work paired with on-site property visits as needed)
