• Logistics & International Correspondence: Communicate with overseas pharmaceutical and medical manufacturers، evaluate shipping quotes، track logistics operations، and liaise with customs brokers، warehouses، and transport teams until goods safely arrive.

• Customs & Regulatory Fees: Coordinate import and clearance fees with official authorities، oversee customs procedures، and handle internal financial advance settlements.

• Supplier Relations & Negotiations: Communicate with international suppliers to secure commercial agencies and distributorships، negotiate prices for new product lines، and draft comprehensive import plans.

• Inventory Control & Market Research: Monitor stock levels to execute timely re-orders، conduct local market research for new medical/pharmaceutical items، and align marketing

• Local Operations: Organize required transit permits for company branches and facilitate smooth internal distribution logistics.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in logistics، international trade affairs، and handling governmental clearances and regulatory procedures How to Apply

Requirements & Qualifications

• Governmental Clearances & Regulatory Affairs: Supervise import permits and releases with relevant regulatory bodies (such as the Supreme Board of Drugs & Medical Appliances)، manage exceptional approvals for new product categories، and follow up on registration procedures (including Aden requirements).

• Language Proficiency: Excellent/Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written) are mandatory for daily professional communication and negotiations with foreign companies and overseas manufacturers.
