Qualification Who Can Apply? To be eligible for the National Graduate Programme، you must: UAE National (UAE Passport and Family Book). 27 years old or younger

Hold a Bachelor's degree from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education

Provide your final academic transcript at the time of application

Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)

No more than two years of work experience after graduation

Completed National Service or be permanently exempt (male applicants only)

Hold a valid English language qualification: IELTS Academic 6.0 or above، or TOEFL 550 or above (or equivalent)

Upon Successful Completion Upon successfully completing the National Graduate Programme and meeting the required performance standards، you will progress to the next grade with an enhanced reward package
