As a Baggage services Agent you will perform baggage related activities at DWC in line with dnata's safety and operational standards، ensuring optimum service quality to our customers

In this role، you will: Lead by example in promoting safe working practices and ensuring equal workload distribution across the team

Conduct safety briefings at the start of each shift and intervene immediately when safety risks are identified

Ensure outsourced teams understand their

Oversee baggage sortation، handling، loading، offloading، arrival، transfer، and departure activities to meet operational timelines

Escalate operational issues to the Supervisor when required and support manual handling activities as needed

Monitor the serviceability of equipment and support systems، taking corrective action in case of breakdowns or failures

Maintain accurate shift records and documentation while coordinating effectively with relevant stakeholders to support smooth operations.

Qualification To be consider for this role، you will have to meet the below

Possess a High School Certificate Have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in business administration، aviation، ground handling، customer Service. Possess English Level 4
