WE’RE HIRING — AUTO CARE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM and 4:00 PM–9:00 PM

• Afternoon break: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM

• Friday: Weekly day off

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an auto care or detailing center.

• Strong knowledge of PPF، nano ceramic coatings، window tinting، polishing، interior detailing، and smart paint repair.

• Experience in indoor sales، customer consultation، quotations، and selling service packages.

• Ability to supervise staff، schedule jobs، and maintain high quality standards.

• Strong spoken and written English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.

• Recommend suitable services and packages to customers.

• Coordinate bookings، workflow، and vehicle delivery.

• Inspect completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on enquiries، quotations، and sales opportunities.

• Maintain an organized، professional customer reception area.

• Good communication، leadership، and problem-solving skills.

• Salary will be determined during the interview based on experience and qualifications.
