Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest standards of customer service that reflect the Pandora brand.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the company's profile، history، and brand story.

• Maintain a high level of product and collection knowledge.

• Contribute to achieving daily، weekly، and monthly sales targets.

• Develop and maintain a professional approach to all aspects of customer service.

• Accurately process financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Participate in stocktaking and inventory processes.

• Be flexible to work shifts، weekends، and public holidays.

• Build positive relationships with team members and ensure a unique shopping experience for our customers.

• Minimum secondary school education.

• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.

• Previous experience in jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage.
