We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Bidding and Marketing Assistant

Job Purpose: The Bidding and Marketing Assistant is responsible for attracting customers to participate in vehicle bidding for the company through effective marketing activities

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s vehicle bidding services through online and offline marketing activities to attract potential customers.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone، email، social media، and other communication channels.

• Assist customers in registering، participating، and completing the vehicle bidding process.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests، bids، and documentation.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.

• Prepare regular reports on customer inquiries، marketing activities، and bidding performance for management review. Additional Information

• Flexibility in handling marketing activities، customer coordination، and bidding-related tasks is essential for this role

Requirements & Qualifications

• Communicate with customers to explain the bidding process، requirements، and company services.

• The employee is expected to maintain professionalism، strong communication skills، and a customer-oriented approach while representing the company.

• Compensation: The salary range is OMR 200 to OMR 350 per month، negotiable based on the candidate’s relevant experience، qualifications، and overall suitability for the position.

The role also involves providing customer support by responding to inquiries and assisting clients throughout the bidding process

Additionally، the position supports the company in increasing customer engagement and sales opportunities.
