BEST PROFIL RERUTE POUR LE COMPTE DE SON CLIENT A AGADIR ASSISTANTE BACK OFFICE POSTE: Gérer les tâches administratives courantes (saisie de données, gestion des dossiers, archivage). Assurer le suivi des commandes et des livraisons, en collaboration avec les services concernés. Traiter les demandes des clients et des partenaires, en garantissant une réponse rapide et efficace. Participer à la préparation des rapports et des documents nécessaires aux différents services. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus administratifs et logistiques. Assurer la coordination entre les différents départements pour une fluidité optimale des opérations. PROFIL: Expérience confirmée en gestion administrative et back office. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de gestion. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les délais. Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et attention aux détails. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
