Key responsibilities include:nPlanning and monitoring workshop activities to ensure service standards and delivery are met. nManaging resource utilization and vendor relations to optimize operations. nCoordinating with local workshops for tools, manpower, and parts. nMonitoring customer service and maintaining customer sign-offs to avoid disputes. nEnsuring high uptime of vehicles and following service schedules for maintenance. nManaging warranty repairs and assisting the Warranty Administrator. nThis role requires a strong understanding of workshop infrastructure, tools, equipment, and performance indicators. Candidates should possess experience in heavy commercial vehicles repair and have good relations with clients to obtain works. A transferable iqama is also required for immediate joining.
