موظف خدمة العملاء تقوم شركة مبتكرة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات بتعيين موظف خدمة العملاء لمقرها الكائن في القبة والمحمدية - الجزائر العاصمة. المهام الرئيسية: - التعامل مع الطلبات والشكاوى والمتابعة مع العملاء. - المساهمة في تطوير المبيعات من خلال التنقيب عن المنتجات والخدمات والترويج لها. - إجراء المكالمات الصادرة لإعلام العملاء والترويج لعروض الشركة. - تقديم الدعم الفني والتجاري قبل وأثناء وبعد البيع. - تنفيذ الاستخبارات التنافسية لتحديد اتجاهات السوق والفرص. - التأكد من متابعة العروض التجارية حتى اتخاذ قرار العميل. - إنشاء تقارير النشاط والمساهمة في التحسين المستمر لخدمة العملاء. الملف الشخصي المطلوب: - مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين وشعور بالاتصال. - مهارات البيع والتسويق. - الديناميكية والاستقلالية والشعور بالمسؤولية. - القدرة على إدارة المواقف المعقدة واقتراح الحلول. - روح التحليل والتوليف وحسن التنظيم
