مدير مبيعات تقوم شركة مبتكرة متخصصة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات بتعيين مدير مبيعات ديناميكي لإدارة نشاطها التجاري وتطويره. المهام الرئيسية: - تحديد وتنفيذ الإستراتيجية التجارية لتحقيق أهداف النمو. - الإشراف على فريق المبيعات وتدريبه وتحفيزه ومراقبة أدائه. – تطوير محفظة العملاء واستكشاف أسواق جديدة. - التفاوض وإبرام العقود مع العملاء والشركاء. – التأكد من ولاء العملاء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية. – تحليل السوق والمنافسة واقتراح إجراءات التحسين. – إنشاء تقارير دورية ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء. الملف الشخصي المطلوب: - خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات، مع خبرة في إدارة فريق المبيعات. - معرفة جيدة بقطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات. - مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال والتفاوض والقيادة. - القدرة على تنفيذ استراتيجيات تجارية فعالة
