Vos missions principales : Rattaché(e) directement au مدير مبيعات وتطوير أعمال, vous serez un ممثل / ممثلة ومؤدي أدوار إعلانية clé du développement et de la rigueur opérationnelle de l'activité : Développement مندوب مبيعات وتجاري & Prospection : استقطاب عملاء جدد والترويج لخدمات وعروض الشركة, développer le portefeuille existant et atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires fixés. Suivi & Fidélisation Client : Assurer un suivi régulier et personnalisé des clients afin de garantir leur satisfaction et renforcer leur fidélité. Gestion du Cycle مندوب مبيعات وتجاري : Gérer le processus des commandes, rédiger les documents commerciaux (emails, offres, courriers) et coordonner les échanges entre les différents services internes. الامتثال للإجراءات والجودة: تطبيق الإجراءات التجارية بصرامة والمساهمة في الامتثال لمتطلبات نظام إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001). روح الفريق: التعاون بشكل فعال مع الفريق للحفاظ على بيئة عمل إيجابية ومهنية. ? الملف الشخصي المطلوب: التدريب: Bac+3 إلى Bac+5 في التجارة أو الإدارة أو المحاسبة أو المجال التقني. الخبرة: من 2 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في منصب مماثل. الخبرة في البيئة الصناعية/التصنيعية مطلوبة بشدة. المهارات والأدوات الفنية: إتقان الأدوات المكتبية (Excel وGoogle Sheets وWord) وأنظمة CRM / ERP (Odoo أو Notion أو ما يعادلها). إجادة الكتابة الاحترافية. الوعي بمتطلبات ISO 9001 (أحد الأصول). Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'arabe (écrit et oral), avec une connaissance de l'anglais professionnel. Qualités : Rigueur exemplaire, sens de l'organisation, réactivité, autonomie, excellente communication et orientation client/résultats. ?
