Pour garantir la fluidité de notre chaîne de production, نبحث عن توظيف: (e) Responsable Gestion des Stocks et Magasin rigoureux(se) et terrain. ? Vos missions principales : Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous managerez l’équipe Magasin (Magasiniers, Agents de stock) et garantirez la fiabilité totale des flux physiques et informatiques : Pilotage des Stocks : Superviser l'ensemble des mouvements (entrées, sorties, transferts) et optimiser les niveaux de stock (seuils min/max, stock de sécurité). الموثوقية والمخزونات: تنظيم وتنفيذ عمليات الجرد الدورية والسنوية لضمان الموثوقية المطلقة للبيانات الموجودة في نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP). تحسين المساحة: هيكلة التسوق وتحسين تقسيم المناطق/التخطيط وتقليل المخزون الخامل أو المتقادم بشكل كبير. مراقبة الاستقبال والسلامة: التحقق من مطابقة البضائع المستلمة وتطبيق قواعد السلامة داخل المتجر. إدارة الفريق: الإشراف على العمل اليومي وتنظيمه وتحسين مهارات فريق المتجر. ? صلاحياتك وتفويضاتك الرئيسية: الإدارة المباشرة والكاملة لفرق المتجر ووكلاء المخزون. الحق في رفض وحظر أي بضائع غير مطابقة للاستلام على الفور. السلطة على التنظيم المكاني وإجراءات التخزين الداخلي. ? الملف الشخصي المطلوب: التدريب: Bac+3 إلى Bac+5 في الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة المخزون أو سلسلة التوريد. الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كحد أدنى في منصب مماثل في بيئة التجميع الصناعي. المهارات: إتقان تام لإدارة المخزون على ERP وExcel. معرفة قواعد سلامة المستودعات. الصفات: الدقة المثالية، والشعور الشديد بالتنظيم، والسلطة الطبيعية والاستجابة. ? ما نقدمه لك: دور رئيسي في قلب الأداء الصناعي والالتزام بمواعيد التسليم. بيئة عمل ديناميكية تركز على الجودة والسلامة. ? هل أنت مستعد لمواجهة التحدي؟ أرسل سيرتك الذاتية وخطاب تعريفي للانضمام إلى مغامرة Smartel!
