نحن نبحث عن شخص جاد ومنظم ومتعدد الاستخدامات لضمان المراقبة الإدارية والمحاسبية واللوجستية لشركتنا. سيكون الشخص المعين مسؤولاً بشكل خاص : - إنشاء ومراقبة فواتير المبيعات والمشتريات. - مراقبة مدفوعات العملاء وتحصيلاتهم - ضمان المراقبة اليومية للتدفق النقدي وتدفقات الأموال الداخلة والخارجة. - إعداد الرواتب - ضمان المراقبة الإدارية المتعلقة بالموظفين وكشوف المرتبات - تصنيف وأرشفة الوثائق الإدارية والمحاسبية. نحن نبحث عن شخص: - صارم ومنظم - يتقن برنامج Excel وجداول بيانات Google - مريح في استخدام أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات - يتمتع بإحساس جيد بالمراقبة والأولويات. يرجى الاتصال عبر الهاتف للمرشحين المهتمين
