- متابعة غيابات الطلاب والمعلمين. 2 إعداد الوثائق الرسمية (الشهادات التعليمية، كشف الدرجات، الدبلومات) إعداد المجالس الصفية وهيئات تحكيم الدبلومات وكتابة التقارير المزايا وتفاصيل العمل المشاركة بفعالية في الفعاليات الجامعية (الأيام المفتوحة، التسجيل، التخرج) : تدريس وتعليم نوع الدوام: دوام كامل
المهام الرئيسية
المرتبطة بالإدارة التعليمية، ستكون نقطة الاتصال المركزية بين الإدارة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب تنقسم مهامك إلى ثلاثة محاور: 1 الإدارة الإدارية واللوجستية تخطيط وتنظيم الجداول الزمنية والامتحانات وجلسات التعويض حجز الفصول الدراسية وإدارة المواد التعليمية اللازمة المراقبة والعلاقات بين الطلاب والمعلمين: الترحيب بالطلاب وتوجيههم وإبلاغهم يوميًا عن الدورة التدريبية الخاصة بهم مركزية وإدخال وتوزيع تقارير الدرجات والمهارات تسهيل التكامل بين المتحدثين الخارجيين والمعلمين.3 الأمانة وحياة المؤسسة ضمان الاستقبال الهاتفي والمادي للخدمة التعليمية
