المهام والمسؤوليات
- هذه فرصة للعمل على مشاريع دولية وتطوير مهاراتك في إعداد ودعم منصات Salesforce.
- : ✅ فهم احتياجات العملاء وتحليلها. ✅ تكوين وإعداد Salesforce (الأجسام، الحقول، القواعد، Flows). ✅ المشاركة في تنفيذ Sales Cloud / Service Cloud . ✅ تقديم الدعم الفني وتصحيح المشكلات. ✅ إعداد مستندات بسيطة مثل المواصفات والأدلة. ✅ المشاركة في الاختبارات وعمليات النشر. ✅ التعاون مع الفرق التقنية والوظيفية لضمان نجاح المشاريع.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة في Salesforce، حتى لو كانت مبتدئة (Junior).

الأساسية
شهادة Bac+3 أو أعلى في علوم الحاسوب / نظم المعلومات.
معرفة بـ Admin، Objects، Flows، Apex، وLWC.
القدرة على التحليل والتواصل بفعالية.
شهادات Salesforce تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
