- خبرة ممتازة في قياس الكميات وإدارة العقود والتكاليف في مشاريع الطاقة والبنية التحتية.

تعلن شركة بينسبين (Penspen) عن حاجتها إلى حاسب كميات أول (Senior Quantity Surveyor) للعمل بنظام العقد في الكويت.
مراقبة وجداول الكميات، والتقديرات، وجداول الأسعار، وحصر المواد المقدمة من المقاول الرئيسي.
التحقق من المواد والساعات المنجزة ميدانياً عبر مختلف التخصصات وحزم العمل.
قياس وتقييم الحسابات النهائية، والتغييرات، والمطالبات، والمواد الإضافية، والانحرافات عن العقود.
القيام بدور التنسيق والربط بين وزارة الكهرباء والمياه والمقاول، وتقديم التقارير إلى مهندس العقود.
الشروط
عضوية ومعادلة مهنية معتمدة (MCIRS).
