- إدارة ومراقبة التكاليف وإدارة العقود لمشروع الهياكل الأساسية الكبير.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مساحة الكميات أو مجال مرتبط.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في حساب الكميات مع التركيز على مشاريع الموانئ والبنية التحتية الضخمة.

تعلن شركة إيجيس (Egis) عن حاجتها إلى حاسب كميات أول – مشاريع بحرية وموانئ (Senior Quantity Surveyor – Marine and Ports) للعمل بعقد دائم في مدينة الكويت.
قيادة مهام حساب الكميات لمشروع الميناء وضمان القياس والتقييم الدقيق لأعمال التشييد.
التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والجهات المعنية لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع.
الإشراف على محاسبي الكميات المبتدئين وأعضاء الفريق وتوجيههم وتطوير مهاراتهم.
الشروط
إتقان استخدام برامج وتطبيقات حساب الكميات وإدارة التكاليف المتخصصة.
معرفة واسعة بتقنيات وأساليب الإنشاءات البحرية وبناء الموانئ.
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل ممتازة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات تواصل قوية.
الاستعداد للعمل والإقامة في دولة الكويت طوال فترة تنفيذ المشروع.
