تعلن الجامعة الأمريكية في الكويت (AUK) عن حاجتها إلى مدرب كرة طائرة للسيدات بدوام جزئي (Part-time Women’s Volleyball Coach) للعمل في قسم الحياة الطلابية بمنطقة حولي.
وضع وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتحسين مهارات اللاعبات واستراتيجياتهن وأدائهن العام.
تخطيط وتنظيم التدريبات والتمارين والمباريات بشكل فعال.
تقديم التوجيه والحفز والدعم لللاعبات داخل وخارج الملعب.
تحليل الأداء وتقديم ملاحظات لبناء التطوير المستمر.
ضمان سلامة ورفاهية اللاعبات في جميع الأوقات.
الشروط
بكالوريوس في التربية الرياضية.
معرفة قوية بقواعد وتقنيات واستراتيجيات لعبة كرة الطائرة.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة مع القدرة على تحفيز اللاعبات.
معرفة بأساليب الوقاية من الإصابات وعلم النفس الرياضي.
الحصول على موافقة كفيل العمل الحالي لإصدار تصريح عمل مؤقت داخل الجامعة.
