تعلن شركة BLS International Services عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول خدمة عملاء (Customer Service Executive) للعمل بدوام كامل في مدينة الكويت.
التعامل مع إجراءات طلبات الجوازات والتأشيرات بالكامل وفقاً لمعايير البعثات الدبلوماسية.
الإجابة على استفسارات مقدمي الطلبات وإرشادهم بالقواعد واللوائح بأسلوب مهني ولائق.
إدخال البيانات بدقة وبدون أخطاء.
التعامل مع النقدية وإعداد التقارير المالية الخاصة بها بدقة.
المرونة في العمل بمواقع وشفتات مختلفة (شفطة واحدة أو شفتين) حسب احتياج العمل.
الشروط
مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
إتقان اللغة العربية يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
