- ? شركة Honeywell – مصر تعلن عن شاغر Sr Account Manager – Hospitality بدوام كامل للعمل في القاهرة، مع مسؤولية إدارة العملاء الحاليين والجدد في قطاع الضيافة.
- إدارة الأنشطة التجارية عبر شبكة الشركاء وتعزيز العلاقات مع أصحاب القرار في الفنادق والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات والنمو بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- متابعة أداء المبيعات، التفاوض على العقود، وتنفيذ المبادرات لزيادة الإيرادات.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة الحسابات مع تركيز على قطاع الضيافة والأتمتة.
- خبرة في أنظمة BMS، GRMS، KNX، ويفضّل Wiring Devices.

قيادة نمو أعمال Honeywell في قطاع الضيافة (GRMS، KNX، Wiring Devices) في مصر، بلاد الشام وليبيا.
إجراء التحليل التنافسي وتقديم استراتيجيات استجابة بالتعاون مع قائد أعمال إفريقيا.
تقييم احتياجات العملاء والسوق لتحديد عروض المنتجات والأسعار واستراتيجيات التسويق.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
إجادة استخدام أنظمة CRM، وخصوصًا Salesforce.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.

القدرة على بناء علاقات عمل قوية ومهنية.
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض ممتازة.
قدرة عالية على العمل الجماعي والمبادرة الذاتية لتحقيق الأهداف.
