المهام والمسؤوليات
- : ✅ قيادة وإدارة فريق من المهندسين، مع التركيز على التوظيف، التدريب، وإدارة الأداء ✅ تطوير استراتيجيات Virtualization بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة ✅ إدارة تطوير المنتجات والخدمات الافتراضية لدعم التطبيقات الصحية ✅ الإشراف على ميزانيات Virtualization وتحسين التكاليف وإدارة العقود مع الموردين ✅ ضمان الامتثال لمعايير تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى Siemens Healthineers ✅ إدارة العمليات اليومية للفريق والتعاون مع فرق DevOps والبنية التحتية ✅ متابعة أحدث التقنيات لضمان الابتكار والكفاءة

شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات: ✅ درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة ✅ خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، مع 10 سنوات حديثة في منصات Virtualization ✅ معرفة متعمقة بمنصات Virtualization مثل VMware vSphere، vCloud Director، NSX-T، Microsoft Hyper-V، Azure Stack HCI، RedHat OpenShift وغيرها ✅ خبرة في قيادة وإدارة فرق تقنية (8-10 خبراء تقنيين) ✅ مهارات قوية في التحليل، حل المشكلات، والتواصل ✅ معرفة بمبادئ ITIL وإدارة خدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وخبرة في السحابة مثل Azure أو Google Cloud ميزة إضافية
