المهام والمسؤوليات
- ✅ تقديم المعلومات وحل استفسارات العملاء الداخليين والخارجيين بما يتوافق مع السياسات الداخلية ✅ متابعة رضا العملاء والتعامل مع شكاواهم بالتنسيق مع الإدارة ✅ إعلام العملاء بمزايا وخدمات الشركة لتعزيز فرص البيع ✅ تسجيل بيانات العملاء لضمان متابعة الطلبات والخدمات ✅ تعيين مستشار مبيعات لكل عميل حسب احتياجاته ✅ إدارة توزيع المعلومات بين الفروع والمؤسسات الخارجية

شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
