تعلن NTU International A/S عن فتح باب التوظيف لوظيفة قائد فريق – مستشار ديون (Team Leader – Debt Advisor) في طرابلس، ليبيا 2025 ضمن مشروع Global Gateway لتمويل البنية التحتية الرقمية بالقطاع الخاص.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- : ✅ تقديم استشارات شاملة لمروّجي مشاريع البنية التحتية الرقمية لضمان التمويل من EIB والممولين المشاركين ✅ إدارة الفريق الأساسي خلال تنفيذ المشروع لضمان تحقيق أهداف التمويل والاستشارات ✅ إعداد الدراسات المالية، نماذج الديون، وملفات المعلومات الخاصة بالمشاريع ✅ قيادة جهود هيكلة الديون الكبيرة (أكثر من 20 مليون يورو)
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات: ✅ درجة جامعية في الاقتصاد، القانون، التمويل، الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضّل الماجستير) ✅ إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة، ومعرفة بالفرنسية ميزة إضافية ✅ خبرة مهنية عامة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في القطاع المالي، الاستشارات، أو التمويل في قطاع الرقمنة/الاتصالات ✅ خبرة دولية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، بما في ذلك منطقة الصحراء الكبرى في أفريقيا ✅ 5 سنوات خبرة في قيادة أو إدارة فرق ✅ خبرة عملية في هيكلة ديون كبيرة وإعداد المعلومات المالية
