المهام والمسؤوليات
- مهمتك – التنقيب الميداني للتعرف على البائعين والمشترين الجدد. – تطوير محفظة العملاء والعقارات الخاصة بك.
- تقدير قيمة البضائع بشكل احترافي. – الحصول على تفويضات المبيعات من خلال تقديم استراتيجية واضحة. – تنظيم الزيارات واختيار المشترين ومتابعة الملفات حتى البيع. – دعم العملاء في كل مرحلة من مراحل مشروعهم. – مراقبة التطورات في السوق العقاري المحلي.
