- تحليل المخاطر: إدارة وتحديث عمليات FMEA لضمان أمان الأجهزة وامتثالها.
والمؤهلات
التصنيع: تصميم نطاقات التصنيع والتحقق من صحتها وطرق التشغيل وتنفيذ محطات العمل.
التحسين: تحليل تدفقات الإنتاج وتقليل أوقات الدورات والقضاء على الهدر (التصنيع الخالي من الهدر).
دعم تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP): تكوين وتحسين البيانات الفنية (المقالات، والتسميات، والنطاقات) ضمن نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) الخاص .
التحقق من الصحة: المشاركة في مؤهلات المعدات وعمليات التحقق من صحة العمليات (بروتوكولات وتقارير IQ/OQ/PQ).
الابتكار: اقتراح حلول تقنية (الأتمتة، أدوات جديدة) لتحسين الإنتاجية وبيئة العمل.
مهندس بالتدريب (الهندسة الصناعية، الميكانيكا، المواد، العمليات أو ما يعادلها).
