المهام: استقبال المتدربين والزوّار وتقديم المعلومات عن البرامج التدريبية الرد على الاتصالات والاستفسارات عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني ووسائل التواصل تنظيم مواعيد الدورات وإدارة جداول القاعات متابعة تسجيل المتدربين وحفظ الملفات الإدارية التنسيق بين الإدارة والمدرّبين
