إنشاء ومراقبة ملفات التدريب الإداري (التسجيلات والاتفاقيات وعقود التدريس وأوراق الحضور والشهادات).
تخطيط الدورات التدريبية وتنظيم الجداول الزمنية والتأكد من الخدمات اللوجستية للغرف والمواد.
التأكد من العلاقة مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس / أصحاب المصلحة (التحصيل) المواد ومراقبة اليوميات والتحقق من صحة محاضر التقييم).
التأكد من الامتثال للملفات التنظيمية (مراقبة الموافقات ومتطلبات التفتيش). 2. التطوير التجاري وعلاقات العملاء
