المهام والمسؤوليات
- الهدف: إدارة ومراجعة العمليات المحاسبية والمالية، وضمان دقة الحسابات والتقارير، مع الرقابة على المخزون والمخزن والتنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة. أهم
- إدارة ومراجعة حسابات العملاء والموردين والتحصيلات والمدفوعات.
- متابعة الضرائب والالتزامات الحكومية والتنسيق مع المدقق الخارجي.
- متابعة الصندوق والبنوك والتدفقات النقدية.
- إعداد تقارير المبيعات والمشتريات والمخزون والذمم والمصروفات والأرباح والخسائر. المؤهلات والخبرة
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة 3 سنوات فأكثر، ويفضل في شركات لديها مخزون ومبيعات ومشتريات.

تسجيل ومراجعة القيود والمعاملات والتسويات البنكية والحسابات.
مراجعة المشتريات والمبيعات والفواتير والضرائب.
الرقابة على المخزون وحركة المستودع ومطابقة المستندات والأرصدة.
المشاركة في الجرد وتحليل فروقات المخزون وإعداد التسويات.
مراجعة تكلفة المخزون والبضاعة المباعة وهوامش الربح.
تطبيق ومتابعة الرقابة الداخلية ومنع الأخطاء والتجاوزات.
تنفيذ الإقفال الشهري والسنوي وإعداد القوائم والتقارير المالية.
