تبحث مجموعة JUDY عن مراقب جودة لإحدى الشركات التابعة لها "Plasticap" للانضمام إلى فريقنا داخل شركة متخصصة في معالجة البلاستيك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توصيل الجودة تنبيهات للفريق بأكمله.
- المشاركة في تطوير الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
والمؤهلات
إجراء فحوصات بصرية وأبعاد ووظيفية للمنتجات التي يتم إنتاجها. الإنتاج.
التحقق من المظهر (عيب السطح، التشوه، البقعة السوداء) فيما يتعلق بالمواصفات.
إجراء اختبارات التحكم (الضيق، الوزن، الأغطية)
أخذ العينات وفقًا لتكرارات محددة.
ضمان مطابقة المنتجات النهائية.
التأكد من موثوقية الضوابط.
تحديد المنتجات غير المنتجات وعزلها وحظرها
تحليل حالات عدم المطابقة واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
الإشارة إلى التدابير الواجب اتخاذها: إعادة العمل، والخردة، والفرز، والحجر الصحي، وما إلى ذلك.
