مطلوب مدير مطعم (Restaurant Manager) للانضمام لفريق عمل نص دستة وابن مصر
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المهام: إدارة وتشغيل الفرع بشكل يومي والتأكد من جودة الخدمة
- متابعة المبيعات وتحقيق التارجت والأهداف المطلوبة
- متابعة المخزون والـ Food Cost وتقليل الهالك
- إدارة وتدريب فريق العمل بالكامل
- متابعة النظافة وسلامة الأغذية وتطبيق سياسات الشركة
- شخصية قيادية والقدرة على إدارة فريق وحل المشكلات
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- الشروط: خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كمدير مطعم في مجال الـ Fast Food
