- في منصب مماثل، الإتقان إدارة شؤون الموظفين الإداريين، إتقان مراقبة القوى العاملة والعقود وملفات الموظفين، معرفة جيدة بتشريعات العمل الجزائرية، إتقان مراقبة الإجازات والغياب والتأخير وتسجيل الدخول، إتقان جيد لأداة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ولا سيما Excel والدقة والتنظيم والاستقلالية والشعور بالسرية، القدرة على إدارة الأولويات بشكل فعال وقوة عاملة كبيرة، الملف الشخصي للذكور بشكل مثالي، رخصة القيادة والمركبة الشخصية المرغوبة
