مهامك الرئيسية: تقديم التقارير إلى مدير المبيعات، فأنت جهة الاتصال المفضلة لعملائنا وتضمن جودة العلاقة التجارية على أساس يومي
تلقي طلبات العملاء وتسجيلها والتحقق من صحتها في نظام المعلومات (ERP).
إبلاغ العملاء بتوفر المنتج ومواعيد التسليم والظروف التجارية.
التنسيق مع قسم اللوجستيات / سلسلة التوريد لضمان تتبع الشحنة وجداول التسليم الامتثال. مراقبة علاقات العملاء والفواتير
تعامل مع طلبات الحصول على المعلومات والشكاوى ونزاعات العملاء مع الاستجابة والاحترافية.
قم بإعداد الفواتير وإشعارات الائتمان والمستندات التجارية الضرورية.
قم بإبلاغ قاعدة بيانات العملاء (CRM/ERP) والحفاظ عليها محدثة. الدعم التجاري وإعداد التقارير
تأكد من مراقبة مدفوعات العملاء وتنفيذ تذكيرات المستوى الأول فيما يتعلق بالخدمة
