تعلن Relief International – RI عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى: Program Director – Sudan / مدير برامج السودان للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في بورتسودان، قيادة البرامج الإنسانية متعددة القطاعات وضمان تحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة وجودة عالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تنفيذ جميع البرامج وضمان تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية والمالية.
- تطوير شراكات محلية ودولية ودعم إدارة المنح والعقود مع الشركاء.
- متابعة إعداد التقارير، الامتثال للمعايير، وضمان جودة الأداء لجميع المشاريع.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- درجة ماجستير في مجال ذي صلة أو بكالوريوس مع خبرة مناسبة.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة برامج التنمية أو المساعدات الإنسانية على مستوى الدولة.
- خبرة في إدارة الشراكات مع المنظمات الدولية والجهات المانحة (مثل ECHO، EU، FCDO، USAID، UNICEF، WHO، WFP).

الإشراف على فرق العمل اليومية ومتابعة أداء مديري البرامج.
العمل كنقطة اتصال للطوارئ .
مهارات قيادية واستراتيجية، مع قدرة على العمل في بيئات معقدة وصعبة.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة، والقدرة على السفر بشكل متكرر إلى الميدان.
إتقان استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office وMS Project.
