- ✅ تمثيل Danish Red Cross في اليمن وتعزيز الشراكة مع الهلال الأحمر اليمني وفق أجندة التمكين المحلي. ✅ قيادة وتطوير الفريق الوطني والدولي وتحديد الاتجاه الاستراتيجي للبرنامج. ✅ الإشراف على محفظة برامج متعددة القطاعات والشركاء، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الدولية ومتطلبات المانحين. ✅ إدارة الميزانية الوطنية وضمان الامتثال المالي والإداري للبرنامج. ✅ التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية، الوكالات الأممية، المانحين، والمنظمات الشريكة لتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية. ✅ قيادة جهود جمع التمويل والتواصل وتعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة.
