تعلن Save the Children – الأردن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مساعد محاسبة – Accountability Assistant ضمن فريق MEAL للعام 2025.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن الشكاوى والملاحظات ومتابعة الاستجابات.
- مهارات ممتازة في Excel وأدوات إدارة البيانات مثل Kobo، ODK، Power BI.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة سنتين على الأقل في وظائف MEAL أو Accountability، جمع وتحليل البيانات، ويفضل ضمن منظمة دولية.
- خبرة في التعبئة المجتمعية والحوار المجتمعي على مستوى الميدان.
جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية الخاصة بالمراقبة والتقييم واحتياجات المجتمع.
دعم فريق MEAL ومندوبي المكاتب الفرعية في معالجة البيانات وتحليلها عند الإمكان.
تلقي الملاحظات والشكاوى من المستفيدين والتأكد من إغلاق حلقة التغذية الراجعة.
المشاركة في الاجتماعات المجتمعية لنشر الوعي حول نظام المساءلة لدى المنظمة.
استخدام أدوات جمع البيانات الصديقة للأطفال (dot voting، H-frame، risk mapping).
بكالوريوس في علم الاجتماع، الدراسات التنموية، الاقتصاد، الإحصاء، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
إتقان اللغة العربية ويفضل جيد في الإنجليزية.
الالتزام بمبادئ وحماية الأطفال وفق سياسة Save the Children.
