المهام والمسؤوليات
- متابعة مبيعات التذاكر وإغلاق التقارير في الوقت المحدد.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- شهادة بكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة سنة واحدة في مجال مشابه.
المزايا وتفاصيل العمل
- تونس | دوام كامل
القيام بالحجوزات والتأكيد عليها للعملاء.
إصدار التذاكر وحساب الأسعار بدقة وفق جداول السفر والقواعد المعتمدة.
التعامل مع المشكلات مثل NOREC/DNB لتقليل شكاوى العملاء.
تقديم النصائح للعملاء حول تغييرات الرحلات أو تأكيد الحجوزات.
الترويج لمنتجات وخدمات الخطوط الجوية لزيادة الإيرادات.
التعامل مع مكاتب السفر ودعم العملاء في تأكيد المقاعد والارتقاء/الخفض عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
معرفة جيدة بالجغرافيا العالمية.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
معرفة جيدة بالأسعار والعروض الخاصة والترويجية.
امتلاك الحق القانوني للعيش والعمل في تونس.
شهادة IATA أو دورة Airline Basic Tariff ميزة إضافية.
