شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في خدمة العملاء (عن بعد، التجارة الإلكترونية، أو الدعم التقني مفضل).
- خبرة باستخدام أدوات مثل Zendesk، Gorgias، Shopify أو ما شابه.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة
إجادة اللغة الفرنسية والإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة.
القدرة على العمل بهدوء تحت الضغط وحل المشكلات.
دقة عالية ورغبة حقيقية في مساعدة الآخرين.
القدرة على العمل عن بعد والتعاون ضمن فريق موزع.
التقنية للعمل: ✅ حاسوب محمول أو مكتبي بمعالج i5 أو أعلى. ✅ اتصال إنترنت مستقر بسرعة 15 Mbps أو أكثر. ✅ مساحة عمل هادئة ومخصصة لإجراء المكالمات.
