- إدارة الهندسة التعليمية: الإشراف على إنشاء وتحديث والتحقق من معايير التدريب بما يتماشى مع احتياجات سوق العمل.

الإستراتيجية والابتكار: تحديد التوجهات التعليمية للمركز، ودمج أساليب التعلم المبتكرة (التعلم الرقمي، والأساليب القائمة على المهارات).
الإدارة والقيادة: الإشراف على وتقييم وتحسين مهارات الفريق التدريسي (مدراء تربويين، منسقين، مدربين دائمين ومؤقتين).
