- إدارة الفريق: الإشراف على ودعم وتقييم فريق المدربين والمتحدثين.
- متابعة المتدربين: تنسيق الجداول الزمنية وتنظيم لوحات الامتحانات وضمان المتابعة الأكاديمية والتأديبية الجيدة للمتدربين.
