وروح الفريق مطلوبة، ويجب أن يتمتع المرشح بإتقان تام لكهربة شبكات LV (الجهد المنخفض)، وMV (الجهد المتوسط)، وHTA (الجهد العالي A)، وإدارة الفريق.
