المهام والمسؤوليات
- مطلوب أمين مستودع – شركة قطع سيارات نبحث عن أمين مستودع للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، على أن تكون لديه القدرة على إدارة وتنظيم مستودع قطع السيارات بكفاءة ودقة.
- متابعة النواقص والأصناف التالفة أو غير المطابقة وإبلاغ المسؤول عنها.
- القدرة على استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج إدارة المخزون.
تسجيل عمليات الإدخال والإخراج والمحافظة على دقة المخزون.
إجراء الجرد الدوري ومطابقة الكميات الفعلية مع النظام.
المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب المستودع وسلامة القطع.
استخدام نظام المخزون أو برامج الكمبيوتر الخاصة بالمستودعات.
التعاون مع قسم المبيعات والمشتريات والمحاسبة لضمان سير العمل بشكل منظم.
الدقة والأمانة وتحمل ضغط العمل.
القدرة على التنظيم والعمل ضمن فريق.
