- في إطار تطوير أنشطتنا، نحن بصدد توظيف مستشارين ديناميكيين وذوي دوافع قوية للانضمام إلى مركز الاتصالات الخاص .
توصيف الوظيفة
وتتمثل مهامكم الرئيسية فيما يلي
تلقي أو إرسال المكالمات حسب الحملة (خدمة العملاء، المبيعات عن بعد، المساعدة التقنية، الاستقصاءات، إلخ)
● تحديد احتياجات الزبائن وتقديم حلول مﻻئمة
ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم خدمات مهنية عالية الجودة
● تجهيز واستكمال قاعدة البيانات المتعلقة بالزبائن
المطلوب
○ أن يكون لديكم حس جيد بالتواصل والإصغاء
أن تكون على دراية بالهاتف وبأدوات الحاسوب
أن تتكلم الفرنسية بطلاقة
● الخبرة في مركز اﻻتصال موضع تقدير ولكنها غير إلزامية )يقدم التدريب(
