شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- خبرة مهنية إجبارية في مجال التموين والإطعام الجماعي (Catering)، ويفضل أن تكون الخبرة في المواقع الصناعية أو البترولية.
المنصب: طباخ
مكان العمل: الجنوب – حاسي مسعود
نظام العمل: 6 أسابيع عمل / 3 أسابيع راحة (6×3)
الشروط المطلوبة
إتقان تحضير وطهي مختلف الوجبات.
الالتزام بقواعد النظافة والسلامة الغذائية.
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وفي نظام المناوبة.
الجدية، الانضباط وتحمل المسؤولية.
المهام الرئيسية
تحضير وطهي الوجبات وفق البرنامج والقائمة المحددة.
ضمان جودة ونظافة وتقديم الوجبات.
احترام معايير النظافة والسلامة الغذائية.
المحافظة على نظافة وترتيب مكان العمل.
المساهمة في ترتيب وتخزين المواد الغذائية.
