- دعم فريقنا التجاري في إدارة العمليات اليومية.
- إدارة طلبات الحصول على عروض أسعار وأوامر الشراء.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- ويفضل أن تكون لديهم خبرة في مجال طب الأسنان أو الطب.
مساعدة المدير التقني في ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة وتحسين نوعية عمليات التشغيل.
الرئيسية
الرد على رسائل الزبائن الإلكترونية ومكالماتهم بروح مهنية.
الترحيب بالعملاء في مبانينا وتقديم منتجاتنا / خدماتنا.
تحديد احتياجات العملاء واقتراح حلول ملائمة.
تحديث قواعد البيانات المتعلقة بالعملاء وتقارير الأنشطة.
المطلوب
شخص متعدد المهارات ودينامي يتقن أدوات المكتب (البريد الإلكتروني، إكسل، وورد...).
مهارات ممتازة في مجال الاتصال والعلاقات مع العملاء.
الفرنسية والإنكليزية.
