- تبحث شركة ICONIC Hair Care في دبي عن موظف استقبال ومنسق تسويق بدوام كامل للانضمام إلى فريقنا.
- الترحيب بالعملاء وإدارة المواعيد.• الرد على المكالمات الهاتفية ورسائل WhatsApp واستفسارات العملاء.• المتابعة مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين.• الحفاظ على سجلات العملاء المنظمة والمتابعة.• المساعدة في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأنشطة التسويق.• إنشاء وتحرير مقاطع فيديو قصيرة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بما في ذلك البكرات والقصص والمحتوى الترويجي.• المساعدة في إعداد العروض التسويقية والمحتوى المرئي.
شروط التقديم والمؤهلات
- مرشحة مقيمة حاليًا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.• تأشيرة إقامة إماراتية صالحة مطلوبة.• خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في الاستقبال أو خدمة العملاء أو دور مماثل.• مهارات اتصال جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.• مهارات جيدة في الكمبيوتر ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.• القدرة على تحرير مقاطع الفيديو باستخدام CapCut أو Canva أو أدوات مماثلة.• محترف ومنظم وواثق عند التواصل مع العملاء.• يفضل الخبرة في التجميل أو الصالون أو العناية بالشعر.الموقع: دبينوع التوظيف: دوام كامليرجى تقديم سيرتك الذاتية المحدثة عند التقديم.
