- الشريك المطلوب لديه خبرة قانونية جيدة ومعرفة عملية بأعمال محرر العقود
طبيعة الشراكة: أتكفل برأس المال والتمويل اللازم لتجهيز وتشغيل المكتب
يتولى الشريك الجانب المهني والقانوني وإدارة ومتابعة العمل بالمكتب
يتم الاتفاق مسبقًا وبوضوح على نسبة الشراكة، توزيع الأرباح، المسؤوليات، وآلية الإدارة
يشترط في الشريك: الخبرة والكفاءة في المجال القانوني وأعمال محرري العقود
